Good Seed and Plant Practices (GSPP) is an international, transparent business chain system with the purpose  to prevent tomato seed and plant lots from being infected by Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis (Cmm).

GSPP didn't have any visual representation of the company beside their logo and stationary. Therefor I basicly had to start the design from scratch. Because they're active in a very scientific field at international level, It was important to keep a serious corporate (minimalistic) look. On top of that GSPP and I decided that the presentation should be modern and fresh with a slight organic feel to it.

They requested the use of cms to have the ability to maintain the website. I made a custom theme with a focus on typographic elements as the decision was made to leave out any images and photographs (for the time being). Part of the website is only available to accredited companies.

The websites features relatively many documents available for download. The links were marked-up with subtle stylesheet definitions to provide a clear overview.
GSPP provided me the original documents in which I included the GSPP logo and disclaimer. Then I converted all documents (but a few for practical reasons) to password protected pdf-files.

Besides the design of the website I provided GSPP with a few PowerPoint templates for their presentations.
